I brought my Audi A6 to Performance by a recommendation from my insurance company after my car was in a accident. They tried to intimidate me to start the work before the insurance company approved the es from my insurance company after my car was in a accident. They tried to intimidate me to start the work before the insurance company approved the estimate by stating that I would be responsible for paying for the rental car if they didn't start right away which wasn't true. They called me the first time that the car was ready at 4:00 pm on a Friday with no warning wanting me to pick it up by 5:30pm. When I went to pick up the car the following Monday the hood latch was broken and I noticed a chunk of rubber missing out of the tire. It took a week to get that fixed and when they called me to pick up the car this time they hit something with the bumper that was just replaced and repainted. They tried to hide it by doing a poor job of using touch up paint to hide the damage. It took another week for that to get fixed. When I went to pick up the car for the third time I discovered that they bent a wheel, the alarm doesn't work, the check engine light was on, and they broke the cargo cover. They did not want to look at or fix any of these issues until I had to complain to the insurance company. It has been over 6 weeks and they still have not been able to fix my car to a condition it was before the accident. A very uncaring and deceptive operation I would not recommend Performance to anyone. More

I had my 2000 Chev. Blazer repaired for front end work, and when I brought in the car they gave me an estimate but didn't give me a WRITTEN estimate. ??? Why would ANYONE take a car to someone without ge and when I brought in the car they gave me an estimate but didn't give me a WRITTEN estimate. ??? Why would ANYONE take a car to someone without getting a written estimate? When I asked for one they looked at me like I was crazy. Then, the car was not ready when promised and I DID NOT GET A CALL ABOUT IT! They only told me when I came in to pick it up. I had made an appointment, came in early to drop off, and they did not even START on it until around 3pm. Guy said the night shift would finish it and be ready in the morning. I was really really irritated (I'd like to use another word, but this is a family site). THEN when I finally did pick it up, they added a $35 "shop fee" to the bill. I had to do battle with them for 45 minutes to get it removed. The fee was not on the original estimate (THIS is why you get a written estimate). What a gargantuan pain in the arse. Never again with these guys. I just had the feeling I was just another mindless customer that would roll over for being treated like a slug. More

By the way, the Silverado is the second vehicle we have purchased at Performance ... the first being a Porsche Cayenne S. This was the best car buying experince I've had. Super nice people and caring. Mike was so friendly and thorough in explaining the whole sale. Kera brought all the paper work togeather with ease. Both going out of there way to make me happy. I would surly advise anyone I know looking a car etc. to check with them. I know they would be as satisfied as I was. I will be back for sales and service, thanks to thier efforts. Mike also introduced me to everyone I needed to know for the service and care of my car in the future and said to me that service after the sale was very important to him, not to hesitate to call. I am always pleased with the service at Performance. My car is always ready when promised. If I choose to wait, the lounge is very comfortable. I have a 2000 Chevy Impala LS. Heated leather seats, moon roof, heated side mirrors performance package......only 122K miles on it. I take it to Performance Chevy because when I do need work done, they only do the work that is needed and do not try to sell me on other unnecessary work. They find a simple solution to the problem. I live 25 minutes away from this dealer and there are a number of other dealers that are closer, but Performance Chevy treats me very well, they are Honest, and team get the work done right. By the way the car shuttle to and from work makes it easier to drop the car off and then get to work. More

so I went to a dealership and asked for an oil change, so I went to a dealership and asked for an oil change, but I told the service advisor that the oil has been leaking all the way around the oil pan so I went to a dealership and asked for an oil change, but I told the service advisor that the oil has been leaking all the way around the oil pan and that the gasket needed to be replaced, but I wanted to know if the repair was going to be under warranty since my truck has only 65k and is less than 5 years old, but I wanted to make sure before anything, and I also told him that it doesn't make sense to change the oil without fixing the problem first, so he said that a technician needed to look at it first in order to know if it was under warranty or not, and that was going to be the next week!!! man I got so mad 'cause they can see it right on the computer since my truck has been there many times!!! I just asked him for my keys and left that place, but don't get me wrong I like that dealership too, is just that the advisor lacks of training and is too lazy to look in the computer for an answer or too embarrassed to ask for help. Next thing I did I called PERFORMANCE CHEVROLET and over the phone they answer my questions right away about the repair being under warranty, and it only took her one minute to find out, and not only that but I was able to bring in my truck for service right away without an appointment, man I was so happy since my oil change was past due. Fun fact: the lady that answer the phone used to live in the very same apartment where I live now, she even asked me about my address twice, we couldn't believe it!!! More
