No matter who you want to speak with, it is impossible to get a returned email or voice mail, and that's assuming you can even get a switchboard person to answer the phone. What a great buying experience from Performance! I was shopping for a car for my son, and from the personal attention from the General Manager, Gerald, to each and every person in the buying process, John shopping for a car for my son, and from the personal attention from the General Manager, Gerald, to each and every person in the buying process, John, Nic, and Woody, my son was in his new car within the week. The price was great (they even found another GM incentive that I didn’t even know I had, which saved me another $1000!). The car was detailed, ready out-front the dealership when we arrived to pick it up, at the time we wanted, and my son was shown all the details on the car while I finished the paperwork inside. Make sure you visit this dealership when looking for your next car. Thanks again Performance Chevrolet Team! You do put the WOW in the buying experience. More

My vehicle was out of warranty and the navigation unit failed. A very expensive repair was needed. They worked with GM to get a replacement ordered and installed. I was given a loaner to drive during the entire process. I received calls daily letting me know the status and an estimate as to when I could get my vehicle back. The unit was replaced at no cost to me! I was very pleased with Tom White, the entire staff and their work. More
I have been a customer of Performance Chevrolet in Durham, North Carolina, since 1995, at which time a 1995 Chevrolet Prizm was purchased. I have been very fortunate in having Tim Wilder as my service representative since that time. The service is excellent and Tim is always very professional and attentive to my needs. I recently learned that he has been with Performance for 24 years and just hope he'll be there a lot longer. The ratings I have given are primarily because of the professionalism of the dealer. We were not referred to Performance; we just selected it from several. I hope this satisfies your needs and expectations. In 1998, the 1995 Prizm was traded for a 1998, same model (LSI). I am still driving it with no serious problems, thanks to Tim and his service personnel. The professionalism, the knowledgeability, and the quality of work cannot be surpassed. I am always given tips on maintaining my vehicles for items I can do that won't cost me a service charge. For example, last visit it was suggested I periodically drive the vehicles slowly in 4WD to keep that system lubricated since we live in an area where 4WD isn't used much. One of my Tahoes has 198,000 miles on it and one has 70,000 miles on it. Both run like they were new. More
