Everyone has always been attentive, respectful, professional, and willing to be helpful. Even though on occasion the car shudders, they have me bring it in to check. On one occasion the check engin professional, and willing to be helpful. Even though on occasion the car shudders, they have me bring it in to check. On one occasion the check engine icon came on, but they could not find anything conclusive. The light has not come on again since, but every so often there is a vibration. So I just keep observing. If something does occur, I am confident the service department will check it, and rectify it, if they find something definitive. More

service was unfortunately not good , start with no loner car . second brake service done previously with a second grade pads . service associated told me that the time when work was performed they didn't ha car . second brake service done previously with a second grade pads . service associated told me that the time when work was performed they didn't have the good pads , however I still got charge regular price or wasn't given a opportunity to decline the part that was used. so I took the truck somewhere else and just got the new brake done for half price. I don't believe I will service my truck back at performance Buick. More
