I’ve had a horrible experiences with both the sales department (2023)and the service department (last week) at this dealership. With regard to last week: I drove in for a routine oil change and ti department (2023)and the service department (last week) at this dealership. With regard to last week: I drove in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I ended up leaving the dealership with a completely defunct anti-lock brake system, traction control system and Stablitrak system (immediately upon starting my engine). As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot I immediately called the dealership. A woman dismissively picked up the phone & gave me the cold-shoulder (like I was bothering her by calling) - stating that my service agent would be the only one who could assist me via a call back. Almost an hour went by with no call back, so I returned to the dealership in-person. I was told that my vehicle would not be able to be looked at on that day - but rather on a later date. Keep in mind, I live over an hour and a half away. I took my truck in with a completely functional ABS, traction control, and stabilitrak system. During the tire rotation, something was clearly damaged/done incorrectly. I should not have to come back at a later date (and possibly pay) for the dealership’s shortcoming during a routine tire rotation. I paid for the tire rotation; the dealership should have (correctly) FINISHED the job they started. Please rectify this. 609-638-7348 More
