They Kept our car for over 5 days and still no answer as to our 2 different repair needs. No one even called our warranty company to at least see if it’s covered. Basically didn’t keep their word and lack o to our 2 different repair needs. No one even called our warranty company to at least see if it’s covered. Basically didn’t keep their word and lack of communication.. we always had to follow up with them instead of them reaching out to us. Car was dirty from being outside for a whole week as we dropped it off on Saturday and picked it up the following Saturday. Didn’t run it thru their wash as a courtesy for not addressing any of our reasons for bringing our vehicle there. Johnny was our contact.,. Reported the issue to manager Michael.. still waiting for a response. Won’t hold our breath. More
