Service department took my car Monday and said it wouldn’t be looked at until at least Friday. It’s my only car and was a major inconvenience getting back and forth to work. I could have brought it back when they were ready for it. Service person Spenser was very rude. Would not recommend this dealership even though it is 5 minutes from my house.
