Once the sale was completed I couldn’t get anyone to answer questions, provide proof of certified used car, certified warranty and manufacturer warranty remaining. Also charged for LoJack, Zaktek, and answer questions, provide proof of certified used car, certified warranty and manufacturer warranty remaining. Also charged for LoJack, Zaktek, and unknown service contract. Still no one will provide explanation. I think I’ve spoken with a minimum of 6 managers. More

Poor communication from advisor. I had asked Michael Quinton for pricing on aftermarket parts and was told they are not as viable as OEM so he didn’t recommend.
