I decided to stop by Peoria Ford to see about a vehicle that they had on their lot that would work for my family and be easier to get approved. When I got to the dealership I talked to Justin and Anthony and told them my situation and why I was looking into that vehicle. Justin told me that it would be easier to get approved after the BK discharged but that he was willing to look into it to see what he could do. Anthony and Justin came back to me a few minutes later and asked me if I would be interested in a newer vehicle that was a lot nicer than the one I was initally looking at. I was hesitant at first because the vehicle wasn't a favorite color of mine. I mentioned to Justin that another dealership had an Expedition that was the same year but a color I would prefer to have. He sent Keith over to look at the vehicle and unfortunately it didnt have a third row which is a must for my family. When they informed me that the seat was missing I looked at the vehicle they had on their lot and honestly it was much better than the one I was looking at. This one was the top of the line while the other one was the basic model. They dropped the price several thousands of dollars and made the deal work out great for my family. I am very pleased with the amount of effort they put into getting me into a vehicle. They treated my family like we mattered. I felt very comfortable during the whole process. The entire day was spent at the dealership and we had five kids with us so it was a little stressful but it was worth it. We are looking to trade our car in for an F150 and will definitely go to Peoria Ford. My uncle knows about our experience and is aware of how bad we were treated at other dealers and he said he too will be going to them soon. More

I was very clear to them that I wasn't willing to part with this truck unless I fell in love with another vehicle. I found a 2010 Dodge Charger which was very nice that I was willing to negotiate on. I agreed to $19,900 for this Charger and 10,500 for my trade in that never happened! When my mom went in the following day with me to co-sign they raised the price of the car to $23,900. When I asked them why the price change Scott in finance jumped down my throat, and made my mom very uncomfortable. When I started arguing with him Ian ( Internet Mgr) came over and confused my mom into signing. I came in the following day to discuss contract with mgr ( name ?) and Jerry Traux. Car sticker said it had power seats, premium sound, and alarm which were false and I wanted my truck back. They yelled at me, told me too bad we should of never signed and they would would give me $300 if I got the hell out! This is been the worst experience of my life, and I had to fight for 3 weeks to get that check. Also they didn't put my name on contract so now I have to go through my co-signer for everything. More

This was supposed to be a simple D-plan purchase, but turned into harassment when the finance rep refused to accept our repeated declines on the overpriced optional warranty/service packages. After being unnecessarily detained for hours, and putting up with their high pressure tag-team approach, we were finally able to finalize the paperwork and get out of the office. We were about to get on the way with our new vehicle when we had to go back into the office to request a completed "We Owe" form for missing mats and the combination code for the keyless entry. We are still waiting on delivery of these items. We had been pre-approved with our Credit Union before going to the dealership, but the finance rep talked us out of this. He offered a slightly lower rate through a different bank which we refused. We made it very clear, not once, but three times that this particular bank was not one we were willing to accept. The rep then offered the same rate with another bank which we reluctantly agreed too. Days later we learned that our loan was being shopped to three different financial institutions, including the one we refuse. We quickly called the dealership to try to stop this stage of the financing before it as too late, but repeated messages went unreturned. A week later we got a call from the Sales Manager who wanted to thank us for our purchase. After expressing our concerns regarding the financing, we were passed off to the Finance Manager. He informed us the loan was funded by the bank we were trying to avoid. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with this he passed us off to the original finance rep (yes, the one who would not listen to us to begin with), who was worthless. The bank has since informed me that the loan can still be canceled, but the request must come from the dealership. The dealer has refused to take any action and will not return my calls. More
Be VERY VERY cautious if you do business with this dealer. During the "negotiating" of the deal we explained exactly what we wanted and how much we could afford. We stuck to our guns. They did not hav dealer. During the "negotiating" of the deal we explained exactly what we wanted and how much we could afford. We stuck to our guns. They did not have one in stock but could get one from the rail yard. It had more options than we wanted but if they could make the new payment amount would we take it. We were shown the window sticker with the options, finance manager left came back and took the "window sticker" showed it then very quickly folded it and wrote numbers. He said if we can make this deal on this car would we sign? Heck yes we got upgraded options for close to the price we wanted. we decided for the upgrades it was worth the higher p[ayment. When the car came in it was nothing like what we had dicussed and when we confronted them, they got VERY defensive the showed me the paper work they did the numbers on. They switched the window sticker, remember the quick fold and number writing I mentioned? After 3 hours of arguing with them and told them quit insulting our inteligence the finance manager looked like he wanted to fight. Got real red and then told me I was calling him a liar and he does not like to be called a liar. Well sir you are very correct. One of us was lieing and it was NOT me and my wife. Peoria Ford did a very classic bait and switch. I am fileing a complaint with the BBB with all the names and proof. Please please do not fall for the folded over paper trick. If you agree to a price make sure you unfold the paper and look at the options. I suggest initialing by the VIN number. Never do business with this dealer. They are bu far the worst dealer have ever don business with. Funny part the same car same VIN number was listed on the web for $1000 less then what they wanted us to pay. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! More
Watch out ladies. They are very rude to ladies and will talk down to you. Don't try to take a minute to think about buying because they will get mad at you. I went over to Power Chevy and they did not do a talk down to you. Don't try to take a minute to think about buying because they will get mad at you. I went over to Power Chevy and they did not do any of that write on a paper with a sharpie BS. They gave me the bottom line (printed out)and I really liked that. Ford had me feeling so bad about having to think that I wanted to cry. I don't know how these people go home and sleep at night. I actually was going to go back there after I had a chance to sleep on it, but after the way they talked to me, forget it. More
Our overall sales experience was wonderful. We really enjoyed our salesman Mark Davis and his manager Rob Murray. We purchased a 2011 Ford Edge it is a great product with all of the bells and whistles. W enjoyed our salesman Mark Davis and his manager Rob Murray. We purchased a 2011 Ford Edge it is a great product with all of the bells and whistles. We found out about the store through the internet and called in and it was a smooth process from that moment on. I would like to say it's been a breathe of fresh air doing business with Peoria Ford and highly recommend them and would refer my friends and family and we're going to buy a Focus for our daughter and we're going to continue to do business with them for our future vehicles. Having just completed my first year in MBA school funds are tighter than usual so instead of taking my vehicle into the service shop I asked the parts individual what part would fix my problem with my flas are tighter than usual so instead of taking my vehicle into the service shop I asked the parts individual what part would fix my problem with my flashers. I went ahead and purchased the part thinking I had fixed the problem. I put in the part and the problem persisted. I went back to return and ask what else I might try to fix the problem and was informed that there are no returns on electronic items. After doing more research I found that I had been sold one of two parts that would fix the problem (it happened to be the more expensive one ~$160. I understand the policy when purchased, but will definitely not be back to purchase the Ford Raptor I want when I graduate. I guess $160 was an adequate amount to lose a customer for life... Just be aware of their return policies, because they are very strict and definitely not customer service oriented! I would recommend Bell Ford not too far away. I have had good experiences there. I went into this dealership looking for a certain colored Mustang. I told them I did not want another color, but they tried to persuade me anyway. Finally, they said they would do a dealer trade with a deale Mustang. I told them I did not want another color, but they tried to persuade me anyway. Finally, they said they would do a dealer trade with a dealer "down the street" and I would have my car in three days. I said I will sign the papers in three days when the car was there, and then they said that I wouldn't be guaranteed to get the car if I didn't sign the papers now. As I was signing the papers, tese three employees, Kiko, Ryan, and Beau were very unprofessional. Finally, they gave me a rental car to use until the Mustang came. Days later, I still hadn't recieved a call. So I called them asking if the Mustang had arrived. They said, "Yes, but sorry your loan wasn't approved. So we are going to need the rental car back." And that was it. No trying to persuade me or anything. I knew something was fishy, because I have bought two cars before this on my own and have really great credit. So, I called the dealership that it was supposed to be coming from. Sure enough, they sold the car that morning- right out from underneath me. This dealership was a HUGE waste of my time, and no help to me. I have NEVER received worse customer service ANYWHERE including McDonalds. This place is a joke. No wonder they have had to switch their dealership's name numerous times- because of the bad ratings and service. I do not recommend going to this dealership. There are plenty of other dealerships who will not waste your time like this one does. More
We bought a used car for our granddaughter. We only were going to spend $3,500.00 and ask if they had anything that inexpensive. Oh sure Eric said, I will bring one around. Then the sales manager entered going to spend $3,500.00 and ask if they had anything that inexpensive. Oh sure Eric said, I will bring one around. Then the sales manager entered into the picture, "we don't carry cars that "cheap",and we took this car for a drive anyway. The granddaughter loved it so we started to dicker. We talked to three salesmen and two sales managers. All became very pushy and rude. The salesman said they had a 1,000 mile or 30 day warrenty and a broken mirror would be repaired. At the signing I was told they did not offer a 1,000 mile and 30 day warrenty. I told them "that's what the salsman said" and if they didn't agree give me my check back and I tear up the sales agreement. One sale manage said oh no I will be back. They came back with a 30 day drive line (motor to transmission) warrenty, so I bought the car. We have called five or six time and still have not received any information on the mirror replacementt. I had purchased three other cars at "Sunset Ford" and had been very happy with their staff and service. We will not be returning but to get the mirror fixed. More
