Ford factory rebate, Then Discount Doug called and said they would discount $3000. now the price for their car is $36,000. Damen called and set up an appointment. I had asked for Tony as he was the sales person I was working with. When I got their Tony was busy, so I was to talk with a different salesman,ok.I said We had decided to trade our 2004 F250 Lariet 4x4 with only 52000 1 owner miles ( trk is like new) with many extras, They went out to look at my trk.,then came back and said we have a deal for you. They added AZ. sales tax of the price of the car $3400.which I had told them the sale would be an out of state purchase and We would take care of the tax when we transfered our registration ( tax in our state has a max of $1,100 ) They said they had to pay it and if their was a refund the state I registered in would send that to me. Wrong. The next blow was the unfair trade in value $8200. I should them the Blue Book Print out of $16,464.trade in value. The two salesmen left and returned and said $8,200. was the best price. This dealer wants to rip people off with unfair trade in values, and practices. I hope all the new vehicles set on his lot and rot. More
Went to the dealer based on emails stating that the vehicle I wanted was in stock and would be ready for me to view. I got there and it wasn't ready, it had actually been sold. The many people who tr vehicle I wanted was in stock and would be ready for me to view. I got there and it wasn't ready, it had actually been sold. The many people who tried to help were acting apologetic and tried the dog and pony show leading me around the dealership looking at other used cars that weren't even close to what I wanted. They later tried to low-ball my trade and harass me into coming back to the dealership (I know they wanted my trade). I gave them my terms and they said they would work it out. I told them no because they offered 3rd party extended warranties and unethical practices of having 4 different people call with different stories about what happened. Each time they called and I told them I drove so far to see a vehicle that didn't exist, that person stopped calling. Now I have purchased another vehicle and they are still calling. They don't "get" customer service and will fast talk you to death. Trust me people, I went to a lot of dealerships in the last few weeks and this was the worst. Go to a Power dealership. They might be a mega giant company but their prices are great and I've bought 3 cars with them at different dealerships and they have always worked with me and have good customer service. They also really do take care of their vehicles before they sell them. No hidden scams to get you to drive to Peoria. I will let them keep calling and wasting man hours for now. They need to go out of business. More
I went to this dealer to check out a new car I was considering buying. I went there only because it was the closest to me. My salesman (David) was new but knowledgable. While at the dealership, one considering buying. I went there only because it was the closest to me. My salesman (David) was new but knowledgable. While at the dealership, one of the managers came over and asked me questions. The next morning after the test drive the harrassing phone calls began. One manager after another, once or twice a day. The callers had no idea what stage in the process I was at and kept offering inappropriate things to try to move me to an immediate sale. These guys are the WORST for high pressure sales tactics that I have ever encountered! After two days of high-pressure and annoying calls from managers, I told one manager, and then my salesperson, that I only wanted to receive calls from ONE person at their dealership, and that was my salesperson. I said if anyone else called me again, I would take my business elsewhere. My salesperson assured me that he'd noted that in my file and that he would be the only one calling me from then on. But the managers' calls continued once or twice a day for two more days. I kept telling them not to call me, but they ignored that. My last call from a manager I told him I'd taken my business elsewhere (which I have) and he argued with more high-pressure sales lines about why I should buy from them because they'll give me the best price. Ya right. I told him I wouldn't buy from them if they were the only dealership in the country. Despite that, I expect I haven't heard the last from them. It seems the only way to get rid of these guys is to either tell them you bought a car already, or to block their phone number! It was interesting to read the other reviews on here. This dealership clearly chases people way with their sales tactics, yet they don't seem to care. If I do buy a Ford, I won't even take it to their service department because I wouldn't trust them! I can down to peoria ford mid afternoon this past weekend and i dealt with a salesman named Scott Myers we went round and round trying to find the right vehicle in the 15k price range because thats all i was and i dealt with a salesman named Scott Myers we went round and round trying to find the right vehicle in the 15k price range because thats all i was willing to spend.I couldnt find anything in that range that i wanted so i left on my way out another manager by the name of bow i believe said thanks for coming down, how was ur experience,ect...I told him scott was great you just cant beat the deal down the street that i have found. He stated it was no problem and he understood. I loved my experience at first so later that evening i called scott and said hey i was looking online and i saw a used edge is it still there i really would like to buy a car from you.He stated it was still there i came down and we just couldnt agree on numbers meanwhile the manager that was there at the time his name was rob was very rude and mean to scott so i told him why dont you be a little bit nicer to him i like him hes the reason i came back down to the dealership. The manager looked at me from his desk and went about his business scott then pulled up a ford escape said hey i took this in on trade its a very nice vehicle its something that will work for your price range and its a really good deal so take a look at it. So he showed me the vehicle i liked everything beside it was a 4cyc and i really wanted a v6 but i let him run the numbers and he gave me a great deal but the manager was sooo rude to me and scott that i called the next and told them that i was no longer going to pick it up and bow the first guy who helped me n scott was the one i spoke with very nice and said he fairly understood. This place was great other than the one guy who ruined it for the whole dealership.I will not go back nor will i reffer anyone to Peoria Ford. Dealership will tell you anything, mostly lies, to get you to buy a car. Totally pressure and intimidate you until you buy a car. Told them repeatedly I wanted to think it over, but they would not return you to buy a car. Totally pressure and intimidate you until you buy a car. Told them repeatedly I wanted to think it over, but they would not return the title and keys to my trade in. Felt like a hostage. Finance people tell you one thing and then lie about it. All they care about is getting you hooked up with some 'fly by night'never heard of lender so they can get paid for the car and they don't give a damn about the customer. Just tell you a bunch of lies and make false promises they don't and won't keep. After the deal you are treated like a second class citizen. Wish I had checked out this website before I got ripped off by Peoria Ford. I hope other people check this out before they get swindled like I did. More

If you want to be treated like an idiot this is the place to go. They will switch salesmen and sales managers back and forth, all the time one will tell you one thing and then the other will tell you somethi to go. They will switch salesmen and sales managers back and forth, all the time one will tell you one thing and then the other will tell you something else and in the end all their statements were not true and flatout misleading. We did purchase a new 2011 Taraus from them but only after finding out the one closest to what we wanted was the only one in the state and they had already locked it up from another dealer. They would not use our discount X-Plan. We were told that since this was our third Ford purchase we qualified for the Ford Preferred Customer 1.9% financing but when they switched finance representitives we were told that they could only get us 3.9% financing even though we have triple A credit rating. After signing the contract we were walked out to the car and one person set up the sync system but had difficulty setting the clock. A second person set the clock up and then everyone walked away. At this point we felt that once we had signed the contract they were done now get off my lot. No one did a walk through showing us the features on this vehicle or fill out the delivery checklist with us. Not one feature was shown to us, not even the spare tire in the trunk. Everything we learned about the car we read in the owners manual. We were told we had the 6 CD changer but learned later that this was a single CD player. We were even told that if we sent a customer in and they purchased a vehicle we would receive $100.00 (Finders Fee). During the time of us waiting for our car to be delivered our nephew went in and bought a vehicle. When I questioned them about the finders fee I was then told that I had to send the buyer to the same salesman and therefore I did not qualify. I called and spoke with I believe all four sales managers and the general manager about the misleading statements, lack of a walk around and the way we were treated and I got the same general consensus from each of them, they did not understand what I expected from them and they did not understand what my problem was. I just wish I had read the other reviews before I went to Peoria Ford, you can bet I would have gone to another dealer. More
This Dealer is a good one! They seem to really care about the customer and sell cars. WOW what a concept, more dealers should take notes! All the employees were great.
