Will no longer go to this stealer-ship. bad service they have more time to talk to themselves rather than take care of the customer. and the amount of misinformation from service plans to c bad service they have more time to talk to themselves rather than take care of the customer. and the amount of misinformation from service plans to credit. plus I was charged for the 10000 and 15000 mile services and I get home to find they did not rotate tires didn't put in the filters etc. have to wonder if they even replaced the oil considering I had to reset the oil metering myself. Beware of this place they have done underhanded deals with the extended service plans, if I could go back in time I would have never gone here. I have talked to so many others who have had issues there as well. The biggest issue is when their finance person tried to hit my credit report every 30 seconds about a dozen times. Im glad I locked it before he could do that or my credit rating would be in the toilet. should be illegal. More

Is there anyone who works there an HONEST PERSON? I got the runaround from sales to service. They sold me a used pickup with 27900 miles on it. Also the extended warranty seemed to be non-existent after taking the truck to 2 other Ford dealers for repairs. I stopped there to discuss the issue but the person was not available that day (or so they say). They gave him the information about my issues and said he would call me. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING from anyone. So I went back a week later to talk about the issues I had, and was told by him no one ever gave him the paperwork I dropped off. NEVER AGAIN WILL I buy anything from PEORIA FORD. They seem to have a big turnover of sales people. WHY is that? More

Saw a truck online and inquired about the availability. Started getting phone calls right away. They weren’t able to meet my offer so I thought the matter was closed, but no, the sales force seems to think Started getting phone calls right away. I have told several of the sales people that I wouldn’t buy from the dealership if it was the last one on earth. Here it is a month later and these people are still calling and texting me. They call at night and when I answer there is no response. I hit the redial and it goes right to there dealership. FAIR WARNING NEVER EVER CALL THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! They will harass you with unwanted calls and will not stop. I’m calling the manager today and if I get no satisfaction I will look into other options More

Extremely frustrated with this dealership, got a Ford F150 from them. The day that I bought it, the vehicle went straight to service because there was a nail in the tire not a big deal. Less than one week after having it needed to come back to service I got the vehicle back and it is now back into service for rear end problems. I’ve had this truck for less than a month and it’s been service longer than I have had it. These issues should have been fixed prior to selling this vehicle. You guys need to do the right thing I need to take this vehicle back or get me in a different truck. This is unacceptable from a dealership/company. Nor is it fair I get stuck with a truck with a bunch of issues. More
