Positive experience with my advisor, Thomas Arthur always. He’s trustworthy and professional. My phone call with Alfonso was also good when inquiring about tire quotes and more. The scheduling system is not the greatest! Lobby and restrooms always clean and fully stocked. The Wifi was down for technicians to detect air pressure signal on dashboard and unfortunately this was not solved. Definitely recommend Penske Downey to others. I’ve been one happy customer for years. However, prices may be higher than other places but I like to get my Toyota serviced by Toyota only! More

Bring back the shuttle service, customers spend enough already at your dealership to have customers wait 2 plus hours or have them pay their own Uber.
