I bought an Aviator. The price was fair, but immediately after the purchase, there was a significant electric problem with the dashboard going completely blank. I couldn’t be happier with how the dealership responded. They immediately gave me a loaner while we waited three weeks for parts to arrive. They called several times a week to share frustrations and give me updates. They dropped off my car when it was fixed. They were consistently transparent with me. While I would prefer a perfect car that never had problems, I’m thankful to be a customer of Penske Lincoln. If something goes wrong, they’re pretty serious about making it right. More
DO NOT GET A LINCOLN FROM HERE! Worse experience ever!!!!!! (they somehow deleted my real review so now let me post the proof and pictures) (and it was Laila and i think Roberto?(he said he lived in TJ and commuted to work) that sold me the car) I got a Black Label car which is a pretty exclusive car because everything is complementary with the car. It shows on the app that I can do a lot of things free of charge, and it was also explained by the people that sold the car to us. For example they can pick my car up from my house and give me a loaner car for FREE. Well that was never the case so dont be fooled by the LIES that they tell you. Every single time i would get a loaner car i would confirm it with the service lady over the phone, which by the way SHE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! i have waited weeks to get a call back from her and it is so frustrating. dont put someone on the phone that doesnt want to do their job. Anyways when i do get a hold of her i confirm AM I GOING TO BE CHARGED FOR THE CAR? and she says no every time. when my service is done what do i get? A BILL!!! they charged me for a loaner car even though it should always be free! (and btw i never drove the loaner car i just asked for it in case of emergencies) So for 3 years i have been fighting with them every single time i have gotten my car out for service. they make this mistake every time and it is ridiculous! get it right or dont operate! Also when they picked my car up for service one time i got my car back with TRASH in it. I think the guys name was Jose, but he left trash in my car! Like really??! i sent pictures to someone from the dealer and they said "sorry come bring it for a car wash" like really? thats all i get a fake apology?? MAKE SURE THAT MAN DOESNT DRIVE YOUR CAR! The customer service there is the absolute worse I dont get why these people are so terrible to customers. And not to mention they are charging me a "fee" because i didnt get another car after my lease. and they are making me pay it even though i was NEVER EVER made aware of this fake fee. And i tried to dispute it but they never answered. i explained to them that from these experiences i would be stupid to buy another car from you guys because of the trouble that i went through. if you are thinking about getting a lincoln try getting a Range Rover, they are better quality and look nicer than cheap lincoln does. Money hungry company and terrible terrible employees and customer service. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!! More
