A very smooth experience with Tyler Colbert at Penske Cadillac of South Bay. I originally had an appointment for a test drive with another sales rep who was not available when I arrived and Tyler stepped Cadillac of South Bay. I originally had an appointment for a test drive with another sales rep who was not available when I arrived and Tyler stepped in quickly so I was not left waiting too long. Tyler was friendly, answered questions with ease & knowledge, and I had an overall great experience and never felt pressured, which for me is the ideal experience when buying a car. Appreciated that they gave the car an extra wash and half a tank of gas before I left the lot with it which was the cherry on top! Thank you! More

Only had 2 mechanics on duty that day, was there for 6 hours for an oil change, a software update and a small mechanical issue. If you know you’ll be so short staffed you shouldn’t let people make appoin hours for an oil change, a software update and a small mechanical issue.
