Service for a recalled air bag inflator should have been more efficient. 1. Was not simple to make the appointment and/or get the part ordered. 2. Called at 12:00 p.m. intending to pick up car on my way to work. 3. Was told won’t be finished until 2-3 p.m. that is 7-8 hours instead of the 3-5 I had been told multiple times. 4. Needed to adjust my schedule in order to pick up vehicle before they closed at 6:00 p.m. 5. Even pickup was not terribly efficient. Took 5 minutes to find my service person (no other available service person was allowed/willing to facilitate my pickup). Took another 5-10 to get my car to me. I thought having an appointment would be efficient. I thought coordinating my pickup would be efficient. I thought a dealership service department would be efficient. Not one interaction with this department was efficient. More
Every little thing and major thing, way over priced and takes over a week to complete. And, if thats not bad enough, they damaged my remote control in the time they had my vehicle.
