I've driven multiple Cadillac models for over 10 years and can't believe how far the brand has plummeted. My customer service rep was nice and friendly. Cadillac's service operations are disorganized and can't believe how far the brand has plummeted. My customer service rep was nice and friendly. Cadillac's service operations are disorganized and tech support is a borderline scam. 1. When I arrived for my appointment (which took 2 weeks to get) my rep told me it will be at least a week before a tech can see my car and they needed me to leave it at the shop. What is the point of making an appointment if no one can see my car? What's more - there's no courtesy vehicle, no rental car, no shuttle service, and no Uber voucher. I spent so much money using Ubers to cover their poor customer service. 2. I was quoted about $6,000 to repair something that was flagged as a service bulletin on another model. $6,000! My husband found an another way to fix it after researching Cadillac bulletins. A simple disconnect of the battery reset the HVAC settings. No more horrible loud clicking from the HVAC and didn't need to spend $6,000. GM, you're profiteering on your luxury car customers. Shame on you. More
Overall, Penske Cadillac of South Bay and the staff who served us did a good job. First and foremost, they agreed to honor a point of sale credit on the sale of our electric vehicle. Many dealerships will not allow point of sale credits. The other thing that I like about Penske Cadillac is they did not use high pressure tactics to get us to to enroll in an extended warranty. They made their case and then let it go when we told them that we were not interested. On the negative side, the out the door written estimate we were given was less than the ultimate price we paid. Evidently, the person or persons who prepared the written estimate neglected to include certain DMV charges. Penske could have done a better job on this although the price differential was not huge. The ultimate price we paid with the $4,000 tax credit was excellent! More

The attitude of the person in charge was very bad yesterday. I told her to maintain the car. I know the oil needs to be changed. Do other parts need maintenance? No matter how I asked her, she said other things need maintenance. I didn't understand and asked her to explain. As a result, she didn't want to explain. She only asked me to maintain the oil. I asked her how long it would take to maintain the car. She replied that it would take 2 hours, but she made me wait for 3 hours. When I went to pay, the staff was still very unhappy and even threw the iPad away. She also called the back and told them not to wash my car. I am very dissatisfied with her and I would like to make a serious complaint to her. More
