ABS system light stayed on on our 2011 SRX, so called Reggie Shelton and even tho the service dept was very busy that day, he told us to bring the car down and he squeezed us in. Reggie was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous while handling my service. The car was washed and I appreciated that extra touch.
