Reggie Shelton is an outstanding service manager! Refused to rotate my tires. I was leaving the next day on a road trip to Arizona and I couldn’t take my car as planned because of the possibility that I could be stuck on the side of the road in the middle of the desert unable to change a flat. I drive a luxury car, I expect a little better when I take it to the dealership for service. More

The experience was pretty normal until I picked up the car and looked at the dash board and inspected trunk area. To my surprise the dashboard had white bird droppings splattered in several areas. The electrical harness to the trunk lid was carelessly wrapped in electrical tape which is coming loose on the ends and the trunk lining was not popped back into position. I have yet to look under the hood to see how it looks, hopefully it’s ok. More
