I took my car in for service however I had an appt, the kept telling ne it will be hour then another hour I wss there for like four and half hours then finally they decided to give me a rental car. Maria Rodriguez was my service rep and she did a wonderful job in taking care of me and my vehicles needs. My 2018 Yukon was initially misdiagnosed, I called Maria a few days later and she said to b wonderful job in taking care of me and my vehicles needs. Initially, I was upset and Maria could hear it in my voice because my vehicle had the same issue. Maria spoke to me a cool professional manner and told me everything was going to be alright. I dealt with her over the telephone over a period of several days and every time she talked to me like I was important and I mattered.
