They had my Escalade for 2-3 days waiting for on star module…they said it was going to take weeks for a replacement which was fine…no more than 3-4 days later I got a notification to replace the oil…if t module…they said it was going to take weeks for a replacement which was fine…no more than 3-4 days later I got a notification to replace the oil…if they truly inspected the car (as they mentioned to me the first time I took it in) they could’ve recommended to do the service when they had it the first time. Instead I had to rent a car again and had to take it in for service 2 times in less than a week. Just a little frustrating. More
