Efrain was amazing! He went above and beyond to take care of us. We had a screw in the tire of our 2025 Escalade, and because the tires are a newer 24' and not the usual He went above and beyond to take care of us. We were visiting from Las Vegas and due to go home, Efrain got us a tire within a day and had is on our way, they even washed it. I will definitely go to Penske for my vehicle needs when I'm in Southern California. More
