I have never purchased a car as fast as I did at Penske South Bay Buick/ GMC / Cadillac! My experience was AMAZING. Nathan Sutton did that for me. He was helpful, attentive, and honest. As busy as he was that day, he made us feel very important that day. I have not purchased a car in over 12 years, and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had at any dealership. Went there to get sensors fixed on my Buick Encore and for general maintenance. The process took a good week but Marlene the service advisor and kept me updated on what was worked on. I had my Buick Encore serviced there because the key was stuck in the ignition. I’ll say for the record This dealership don’t buy anything from a brand new or used vehicle Because they lack information for you I purchased a used vehicle that said they did an diagnostic che anything from a brand new or used vehicle Because they lack information for you I purchased a used vehicle that said they did an diagnostic check on it but prior to that the sell man heard a noise before but lied about it I took the car into a Toyota dealership to get a thorough check. That bill came out to $6,500 with that being say I thought my warranty that they gave me would cover it. Nope they refuse to pay or pay half After all that I return the car with repairs on it but I’m stuck with paying that off. At this point I’m seeking a lawsuit with my lawyer on this dealership. Hope this help any new customers don’t buy from this dealership they’ll lie and sell you messed up vehicles I’ll be posting this on all platforms till action happens or my money returns to me More
This has been by far the worse experience i have ever gone through in a car buying experience. i purchased a 2016 GMC Yukon with 75k miles. Only 1 owner - Vehicle was always serviced at GMC - No Accident gone through in a car buying experience. i purchased a 2016 GMC Yukon with 75k miles. Only 1 owner - Vehicle was always serviced at GMC - No Accidents reported on Autocheck or Carfax . Within my first 30 days of having the vehicle, the car was taken into Service 4 different times. The day the vehicle was sold to me, the taillights were out. Isnt that a HUGE safety issue ??? (When you guys put these cars on the lot, do you guys not inspect them?) I pick up my car from service once the installation was complete to find out the power motor for the drivers window wasn't working correctly. Few days go by my Brake pump start vibrating when I would step on the brake. On my 30th day of having the vehicle my Transmission goes OUT !!!! Sure enough Sales Manger Ketty was looking for any type of way to get ME to pay for a new Transmission. Given the fact that I only purchased a full size SUV because I am 5 months pregnant with a 1 year baby. Not once did the Sale manager show any empathy towards my situation. Transmission gets replaced with ME having to PAY OUT OF POCKET. The day of the delivery with my new transmission, the middle console is not longer working . Of Course, the dealer wants me to pay out of pocket $700 to replace that too. I called Ketty, Friday April 23rd , it is now April 26th, i have not received a call from Him or his team. This was my first time buying a GMC, i would NEVER EVER EVER recommend anyone to buy one. I would NEVER recommend anyone buy any car from this dealer. They do not care about you once the sale is done. Ideally us customers go buy a used car at a franchise dealer rather than a independent dealer because they are known to provide better customer care, better quality vehicles, competitive pricing. THIS DEALERSHIP HAS DONE THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE !!!! At the end of the day ALL i wanted was a safe car to get my kids to their destination safely. Ketty and his SALES STAFF have failed miserably. More

Exceptionally great experience! I’ve bought plenty of cars in my life and hands down this was the best customer service ever. Mark helped out with all the preliminary details over the phone, took me seri cars in my life and hands down this was the best customer service ever. Mark helped out with all the preliminary details over the phone, took me serious, gave me the exact 2500 Denali I wanted, no pushy/ cheesy moves, made it a smooth transition, genuine personality, no BS. Will settled over numbers on the phone, gave me what I was asking for on my trade. Every one was wearing a mask, took it serious, didn’t get lax and break character and start taking it off. My wife is an RN and truly appreciates every one there, because she has to wear an uncomfortable N95 for 12 hours. We will definitely buy our next car there. More
I would NEVER look for a car from this Penski dealership. I worked with an Internet sales representative name Kwesi Da-Costa Vroom (goes by Vroom) who led me down a road that was deceptive. He was polite, overly used kind adjectives in our texts (should have been my first clue), knew I was seeking financing through my credit union, sent me a purchase order, knew I was driving an 1.5 hour to pick up the truck ... but didn’t bother to tell the sister Penski company any of this and they sold the truck the night before I was going to drive 1.5 hours, with a check in hand to pick it up. Vroom called me the night before at 6:45 and put the manager on the phone who was to call me back regarding if the truck was sold by 7:00 --- it is now 7:50 and they are now close....no call back. Vroom will not answer my text messages now and no call from the manager !!! Walk AWAY-DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP...... Wow !! Maybe I should charge them an hourly rate for my time of securing the loan, etc. Maybe this dealership does not train their sales representatives to as how the process works (i.e. put the car on the lot when someone is showing up to give you a check to drive the truck home the night before ----- ). More
