I recently came for routine service by appointment and diagnostics on a light on my dash. The appointment took 3.5 hours for an oil change and wheel alignment with a diagnostic test. I pretty much had no diagnostics on a light on my dash. The appointment took 3.5 hours for an oil change and wheel alignment with a diagnostic test. I pretty much had no update throughout the wait time until I started getting tired and asked, and this was not even the worst part. I rated based on lack of attentiveness. Attendant apologized for the long wait, but that shouldn’t happen with an appointment and basic maintenance. More

MY advisor was good, the whole process took to long I had a 7am appointment, the service had to be approved by a manager that was supposed to be there at 9am, the manager got there at 9:20am, the service was a 7am appointment, the service had to be approved by a manager that was supposed to be there at 9am, the manager got there at 9:20am, the service was approved, and my truck sat there for another hour, finally it was moved in and it sat on a lift for two hours. They were installing TPMS sensors that were not on my 2022 truck that I bought two weeks ago! Yet is was checked over and sold to me with the TPMS light on! My advisor was awesome...the service not so much! Not surprised it was sold with NO TPMS sensors, as the truck had a dead battery two days after buying it! you would think they would do a load test on the battery as part of the Pre Delivery checks! cost me $215.28 the second day of owning this truck for a battery! Not impressed so far! More
