Within minutes of arriving in the service bay we were greeted. In this case, Donald Moreno was very through in discerning our needs. We decided to wait so we were shown the waiting room. Car service was fine but I was really annoyed with the customer service and communication. I was quoted 2hrs wait so decided to take the company shuttle to the mall nearby to kill time. Driver said to call for pick up once I am ready to return. Called dealership and was told that there is no pick up provided. Why wasn’t I made aware of that from the beginning so that I could plan for alternate transportation? End up having to take an Uber back and that’s when I was told that the dealership doesn’t provide pick up but that there was a city shuttle who can drop me off. Really! Also was almost late to work because it took almost 3 hrs instead of 2. All you have to do is communicate with your customer if it’s going to take additional time to complete the work, very simple!
