Had to take my 2008 Saturn Outlook XR in for service as having problems with the power steering. Turned out the rack pinnion & power steering pump needed replacing. Unfortunately, the car was 4000 miles ov having problems with the power steering. Turned out the rack pinnion & power steering pump needed replacing. Unfortunately, the car was 4000 miles over it's 36,000 mile warrantee & the parts alone were $1500. Greg contacted GM & got them to cover the parts so I had to just pay the labor. Still cost me $694, but better than paying for both parts & labor. Definitely like this service dept. Very helpful & friendly & they have a nice waiting room with stations where you can work from. More
The service was great and Greg was very Helpful. I was told that it would be done in three hours or so and it was done in half of the time. I have been doing Business with this Dealership for Twenty Years. I purchased a New GMC Truck at this Dealership when it was called Victory. Three years later this Dealership changed its name to Cerr Twenty Years. I purchased a New GMC Truck at this Dealership when it was called Victory. Three years later this Dealership changed its name to Cerritos. Although the Management has changed several times, the Service has always been Exceptional. Currently, I bring three vehicles to this Dealership for regular maintenance. More
I purchased a 1999 chevrolet xlt suburban from the agency on 3-15-04. It had uneder fifty thousand miles and appeared to have taken good care of. the same day i purchased the vehicle after driving home the b on 3-15-04. It had uneder fifty thousand miles and appeared to have taken good care of. the same day i purchased the vehicle after driving home the battery died. i purchased a new battery and installed it. i reported the problem to the agency the next day and they stated i should have brought it back to them. i ask them how this was to be done because the truck would not start. they didnt want to replace the cost of the battery, but after talking to the manager they agreed to pay my costs. they didnt pay the sales tax and also took my discount as i purchased wholesale. i have since had trouble with the gas filler as it leaks. we purchased a extended warrinty wehen we purchased the truck. and were told that it covered from bumper to bumper. this is not true as they refused to cover this problem and wanted $245.00 to repair the problem. i am very frustrated with this agency as they do not want to adhere to the warrinty. when they checked the truck they caused more of a problem as it was leaking a little and now it leaks a large amount compared to before there inspection. i am very reluctent to allow them to do any work on the truck because of there attitude and what they did when they checked the problem. i would not recommend this agecy to anyone because of there attitude and work performence.
