Service was poor due to the service at the front desk. After 5 hours of service, I called in for a status and kept getting a voicemail box. Over multiple attempts throughout 45-60 minutes I kept asking th After 5 hours of service, I called in for a status and kept getting a voicemail box. Over multiple attempts throughout 45-60 minutes I kept asking the front desk (Adrianna) to personally ask for a service member. She just kept forwarding me to the same voicemail, then later said someone would call me back. Later learned it was a system error from the service department not receiving any messages. I’m not one to write bad reviews but it was very disappointing, given this was the dealership I did business with. Adrianna could’ve done more with less attitude. Otherwise, this idea of customer service is just terrible. More

I took my truck here because it's where I bought it. It took 3hrs for an oil change. With an appointment.
