Horrible. It took 3 days to get an appointment. I always schedule online but i was not able to do it. So I send a message to schedule an appointment. The next It took 3 days to get an appointment. I always schedule online but i was not able to do it. So I send a message to schedule an appointment. The next day someone called me I missed the call and they left a message to call back. I called back no answer so i left a message with desire time and day I needed an appointment. No one called back. So I called the dealership and it was an automated system that took a long time and got some of the information wrong. Then the day of the service unfortunately I got Donald to help me and he is the worse. He is rude and to top it off he refused to let me use the coupon i had because he had already done the invoice we asked if he can just redo it and he said no. What good are the emails with the coupons with a link to schedule if nothing works. The appointment system and this employee refused. I have been going to this dealership for about 10 years and i never had this problem until now that Donald has been assisting me. More
