Brought my 2023 GMC Denali in for 1st Service. Can't say enough about the assistance of Donald, my Service Advisor. He was very patient with me to explain several of the features of my vehicle, Can't say enough about the assistance of Donald, my Service Advisor. He was very patient with me to explain several of the features of my vehicle, which I should have known....but trying to read and learn from the Manual, at my age, is not easy. As I said he was patient, polite, and so very helpful. I left the dealership now able to operate the Air Conditioner and feeling a lot better about my car. More

Been given run arounds for parts that should have already been replaced and excuses as why they haven't been replaced when im still on warranty making me loose time and money from work and haven't being stat been replaced and excuses as why they haven't been replaced when im still on warranty making me loose time and money from work and haven't being stated "new parts installed" when clearly they havent and getting less quality on the parts that have been replaced like my reverse camera More
