Albert was the person who greeted me for my scheduled appointment. Albert was able to explain the importance of needed service vs recommended. I opted to go with his recommendation as he has allowed m appointment. Albert was able to explain the importance of needed service vs recommended. Horrible service was there for a multi inspection from 7:50am-4:30pm for them just to give me a paper and charge me $249 and not even go through the report with me or even say bye. The fat guy didn’t even 7:50am-4:30pm for them just to give me a paper and charge me $249 and not even go through the report with me or even say bye. The fat guy didn’t even move out of his little station (the first one) or said anything else but it’s $249 cash or card? Smh As I’m driving home my steering wheel locks on me and all my lights and messages start coming and vibrating and I’m losing power. I thought I was going to crash and die. Very scary experience. So here I am still not knowing the diagnosis is and just scared to death to drive my car again and $249 less in my pocket. Please stay away from this dealer. This place is seriously unprofessional and I really don’t think they know what they’re doing. More
