The people are friendly and polite. The work done on my brand new truck was excellent. However on picking up my truck, I did a walk around inspecting the detailing work and discovered that the driver door was chipped. A small chip in the paint. I informed Donald in the service dept. He took pictures and said not to worry that they would call me the next day and make arrangements to drop off the truck for repair. Didn’t receive any call the next day. It’s New Years Eve so I will contact the dealer in couple days after the holiday weekend. Hopefully they will fix my door. More

I had horrible experience.
