I was advised to fix things that weren’t the problem when I return with the same issue I was told something else that should’ve been seen the first time. When I decided to leave I reviewed the suggestions an I return with the same issue I was told something else that should’ve been seen the first time. When I decided to leave I reviewed the suggestions and saw that my headlight was out and not on the report I was then told since I wasn’t paying for the inspection they weren’t looking at everything. Since when did money come before safety. Your customer service is Terrible I was told when I arrived I had to deal with the original person that assisted me and he wasn’t in that day. The service here really has me rethinking buying another GMC. You don’t value your customers especially loyalty customers. More
