I would give this place zero stars if I could. I received a recall notice for my new Ram truck. The recall is serious- truck could spontaneously catch fire even when not running. I called the serv I received a recall notice for my new Ram truck. The recall is serious- truck could spontaneously catch fire even when not running. I called the service department numerous times over the course of a few days. No one ever answers- you can only leave a message which I did numerous times. When no one returned my call I enlisted the help of the regional service center. Victoria said she would reach out and have them call me. Nope- no phone call. Called Victoria again and she said she would reach out a second time-nothing. I called the General Manager of the dealership. Of course I could only leave a message-no return call. In the meantime Ram keeps sending me solicitations for their service package for oil changes, etc. Really?? How would I even get an appointment? This is the absolute lowest quality and most inferior customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances!! More

The service department at this dealership sucks. Three times I’ve come to this place for recall/warranty work. Three times they haven’t disappointed in being completely inept. I’ve spoken to the service manager, the general manager of the dealership, and corporate offices and they don’t give a crap about customer service. Do not take your vehicle here, I cannot stress this enough, just don’t do it. I purchased my Jeep Wrangler from Poway Jeep, and a couple of service calls I had have been handled by Tinh in the service department. On the phone, and at the shop, Tinh has been super helpful and rea couple of service calls I had have been handled by Tinh in the service department. On the phone, and at the shop, Tinh has been super helpful and really got my service taken care of in a timely manner. I had to wait for a part to be ordered for my service, but Tinh took care of it without me having to check in with him to make sure. Very pleased with the service I received from the Poway Jeep Service dept. and special thanks to Tinh for making it an easy process! More

Both times I've come in for recall parts to be handled very pleased with customer service which is a professional business quality that's fizzled out these day's. Dennis Heath helped me get on recall list and tried very patiently explain why I would get a recall notice for recall parts the dealership could NOT GET I was number 21 on the wait list. He did a excellent job, Keeping in mind this is my work van needing it back ASAP. Also I live in La Costa near the coast I drive all the way to Poway because of above and beyond customer service.
