The Z's problems, in particular, were highly distressful and I can't thank Nichole enough for her professionalism and patience in handling my concerns and stress. She was able to coordinate with both my wife and I and schedule our vehicles for service promptly and around our hectic workday. George and Corey were amazing in helping us address the mechanical issues that threatened to get us both grounded and without the use of both our vehicles. Just as importantly to me and my peace of mind, George took the time to educate me and explain the issues we were facing and how the steps taken to resolve them. They just don't care! We had a problem with our tow harness. At the same time the engine light came on. We took it to this dealership to have both problems repaired. W We had a problem with our tow harness. At the same time the engine light came on. We took it to this dealership to have both problems repaired. When we picked it up, the service writer ran into a fence damaging the front end. The trailer harness had been replaced as well as a vent valve, which they said caused the engine light to come on. The bill was almost $700. When we left the lot and turned the truck on and off once, the light came back on. When we hooked up to a trailer, the lights weren't working. We had an appointment to bring it back for the repairs. We called twice and emailed twice, during the three plus weeks they had it, with no response. Finally, after contacting Nissan USA, the service writer called and said it was ready. The body work was done OK, the trailer lights now work, but the engine light is still on. We're not going back to this dealership..., ever! More
