second times a charm I came in yesterday to get an oil change (which wasn't even quite due yet), and to get the heat shield that had broken part way off fixed. I got the oil change done no problem but got all the way back home to realize that the heat shield was the same as when I left the car. This obviously made me have to return again today. While there was no charge today it was the inconvenience. Also, I looked at the new Rogue's on your lot and was disappointed to find water bottles left in them. I think that doesn't show much respect for the potential buyer. In your showroom there was a sign beside a vehicle that was for a Nissan Kick but that wasn't the vehicle represented. So disappointed. More

2013 Pathfinder CVT transmission repair There’s a lot of people upset about issues with their Nissan vehicles CVT transmission. I, unfortunately, have had to get through this issue. Despite There’s a lot of people upset about issues with their Nissan vehicles CVT transmission. I, unfortunately, have had to get through this issue. Despite this being fairly expensive, the staff at Pearson Nissan made it a lot more bearable. Without giving a play by play, my only criticism is for Nissan corporate. They should be as eager to satisfy customers as the people at the dealership. As for the staff at Pearson, Garry Bradley, the service manager, was a stand guy from the beginning of this journey. George and Jimmy in service looked after my car to make sure it was right. Even when it meant more work for them. I’ve been driving my car for a little over two weeks now and it runs like it’s brand new. I am a skeptic, and I don’t really trust people. I feel like people are always working an angle. Not these guys. Right up the GM, Tony Bazar, all great people, genuinely ready to make sure you’re satisfied. Thanks Pearson. More
