Part would be ordered and vehicle ready the next day. Pearson very upfront about the cost to fix and the options available. Purchased new battery also. I tried to get in touch with someone at their place of business ahead of time to know if I could wait in a protected area. No one returned my call or e-mail, until the morning before service, the woman who answered the phone, I think he name was Ruth, helped me out and told me there were chairs in the garage area and they would stay away from me. So, because of her, I was pleased with my experience on the day OF the maintenance service, There was also a protective shield up at the payment counter and I observed someone cleaning surfaces during the time I was waiting. I know everyone is super busy, but maybe your company could improve the response to calls, messages, and e-mails concerning something as serious as what I was asking. Because I was helped the day before, I kept my needed maintenance appointment, instead of cancelling it. My vehicle is important, but not more important than my health. Thank you and hopefully next time I'm in, the car wash service will be available. Everyone I came in contact with respected my wishes by keeping away from me. More
