Gary Bradley will not talk to you if you have a problem and will not call you back no matter how many messages you leave for him. I brought my car here as the airbag light was flashing and they told me it and will not call you back no matter how many messages you leave for him. I brought my car here as the airbag light was flashing and they told me it needed a sensor and would cost $457 to fix. I paid their estimate but it was not fixed. They then told me they would fix it for an addl $650 or so as it needed a clock spring. They offered me 15% off the new job. This is not right as they are the ones who misdiagnosed the problem. They should apply what I have already paid to the new job but Mr Bradley will not speak to me about it. This is how they treat a long time good customer of 13 years. He is not doing his job as the service manager. More

I was very unhappy with my visit to the dealership for my battery service. The service person who took care of me said that the battery was just fine even thought I told him that I had to jump out to get th battery service. The service person who took care of me said that the battery was just fine even thought I told him that I had to jump out to get there. I was told that I should let the car sit over night and let out be towed (at my expense). I just ordered a new battery and it seems to be working fine. I'll take my business to someone who is interested in helping me and not just avoiding paying under the warranty that was just about to end. Nice scam! Time for a Toyota! More
