Duped When I purchased my vehicle from Pearson Nissan, I was told by my salesman, Clayton, that the first oil change would be free. I brought my vehicle in When I purchased my vehicle from Pearson Nissan, I was told by my salesman, Clayton, that the first oil change would be free. I brought my vehicle in for the oil change only to be charged. When I mentioned that it was supposed to be free, suddenly sales didn't know anything about it. While it wasn't a deal changer when I purchased the vehicle, it does make me wonder what else the salesman said that isn't true and why I should continue to bring my car back when Pearson Nissan won't honor an agreemeet that was made. Thought tire pressure check was part of oil change package? We I arrived in Michigan four days after service all my tires were 20 lbs low.
