They took me right on time and thoroughly evaluated the problem with my rear latch. Unfortunately, fixing the problem will cost $750, so I will likely go somewhere else for the repair. The dealership was able to fix the rattle which was the reason it was brought in for. The car is under warranty. Only concern is, the Service Writer repeatedly stated that the rattle wasn’t covered under reason it was brought in for. The car is under warranty.
