I unfortunately was unable to make it to the dealership so I had my mother drop it off for me. The appointment was at 7:30 am. When she arrived, the advisor who was supposed to be there showed up 30 minute so I had my mother drop it off for me. The appointment was at 7:30 am. When she arrived, the advisor who was supposed to be there showed up 30 minutes late and the other advisors gave her the run around. It took them 2 hours to check and see if a tire was in stock. They informed my mother that the car wouldn’t be ready for another 3-4 hours when all I need was an oil change and a tire changed. After she departed the dealership and got back to her office, 10 minutes later, she was informed that the car was ready to be picked up. When she picked up the car, they continued to bombard her About other things that could’ve been taken care of at a later date. Also adding in the fact that I have warranty coverage on my car and was told I had to pay the full price even though I have bumper to bumper warranty on everything. The sticker on my windshield for my oil change also has the wrong date on it. My experience and my mom’s could have been better if their communication and coordination was much better. I am grateful for the mechanics and all the work that they did on the car. I hope Pearson can take this as criticism and improve on a couple of things. More

Had a 9:15 oil change appt. Vanessa was service advisor. Told me it would take an hour. I was there until 12:00 waiting. Vanessa was nowhere to be found. Vehicle sat in garage f Vanessa was service advisor. Told me it would take an hour. I was there until 12:00 waiting. Vanessa was nowhere to be found. Vehicle sat in garage for at least an hour. I had to flag down another advisor to get my vehicle. Very poor customer service. My time is very valuable as well, the reason I make an appointment. Not to mention I sat in Vanessa’s office for at least 15 minutes waiting on her when I got there. May want to get a new service advisor. More
