This dealership has caused significant damage to my trucks engine, which previously had no leaks. After they replaced the valves and gasket, I returned my truck due to a leak, and I was led to believe that if I removed my rating, they would rectify the problem they had created. They also failed to inform me potential further issues. I would strongly advise against taking your vehicle to this establishment for service. Additionally, I must highlight that Jimmy, the service manager, exhibits rudeness and hostile demeanor when confronted about their mistakes. After spending $3,400.00 in just one month, my truck has become worse and unsafe, leading me to vow never to own a Nissan again. Reporting any incidents to Nissan corporate is futile, as they do not prioritize customer concerns. Furthermore, the Service Manager displayed unprofessional behavior by laughing and making dismissive comments towards my 76-year-old mother when she inquired about his laughter, stating it merely in his head and none of her concern.
