A few days ago I was told by a local tire dealership near my house that I badly needed not ONE, but TWO tires, and that I needed them NOW. I had pulled into that company on my way to work since one of my tires was very low and I needed some air in it. I told this to Samantha and she assured me that my tires would be checked thoroughly and that she or someone would call me. I was very happy when she called within an hour and advised that my tire could be plugged and that my tires should be fine through at least several more oil changes! Also, I had mentioned how dirty my car was and that it needed to be vacuumed. As I was walking out to get in my car, I could hardly recognize it! It had been washed and vacuumed at no extra charge! Paul Moak Honda offered a free "welcome class" and I was advised to at least "try" their Service Department with any of your needs and to see for yourself.
