Charlie Waite proved that Paul Moak Honda goes the distance to deliver the car and service that the new car buyer wants. Instead, Charlie searched high and low to find my new CR-V and had it ready for me to pick up within a week. I had the joy of taking delivery of a new 2012 silver CR-V with gray interior that had only 3 miles of the odometer. The paperwork, price and finance was in order and explained to me in detail. I had no unexpected cost or fees tacked on the sales invoice. Everything was in order and ready for my signature. To top it off, Charlie spent 45 or so minutes showing me the how to operate the lights,AC, door locks and set the radio to the sirrus stations I prefer prior to handing the keys to me. Before coming to Paul Moak Honda, I HATED to shop for cars. It was extremely emotionally exhausting and frustrating. After our first visite with Paul Moak, we bought an Accord with 70,000+ miles. Johnny Glass showed us where it had been owned by one person, and we never regretted the purchase. Next we bought a CR-V from Paul Moak. The experience was pleasant and relaxed. We never felt pressured to buy. Since then we have bought 6 Hondas from Paul Moak and have always been treated professionally and friendly. Would I recommend this dealer to someone else? Yes, in fact, I sent my son there and he purchased an Element. Then when my daughter traded, I recommened Paul Moak to her, she bught a Pilot and loves it. If our plans hold true, we will be back in 3 years to buy an Accord. In my opinion Paul Moak Honda can not be beat in the way they treat you and the quality of their service. More

We have nothing but good things to say about Paul Moak and the people who work there. We have bought both new and used cars at Paul Moak and have had them worked on there as well. Financial the first time was handled by Johnny Glass and this time by Jonathan Chadic; they were both helpful, friendly, and professional - they went the extra mile to make sure we got the best deal possible. We missed one small imperfection on the Honda Element we just bought and when I brought it to Charlie Waite's attention he brought in Bo Long and it was immediately fixed. No fuss, no muss, just high quality automobiles and service from friendly, helpful, professional people. More

I was impressed the moment I met Eddy Graham and the staff at this dealership. I was very specific regarding the product, my budget and what I expected. Eddy and team certainly had the "can do" spirit, but with a honest and sincere tone. While I expected a "new purchase" .. it was not realistic for my budget, however, Eddy introduced me to a certified pre owned 2011 Pilot, and it was everything that I was looking for. He assured me of its quality and how honda stood behind a pre owned vehicle. I have always purchased new, he realized my anxiety quickly and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with my purchase, and feel comfortable should anything happen post-sale, I can depend on this team to assist me ! In the last 20 years, I have purchased nine vehicles, and I will say, that Kathleen was an absolute joy to work with in the final number crunching, paperwork process.. usually beads of sweat break out on my head dealing with options, the note, financing terms and such.. but she made it so easy, she is such an advocate for the consumer, very impessive.
