I usually don't write online reviews, but in this case I thought it was the right thing to do to recommend Konner Chevrolet and let people know what a great experience I had there buying my second new car ( thought it was the right thing to do to recommend Konner Chevrolet and let people know what a great experience I had there buying my second new car (a new, fully loaded Malibu). Right from the start, the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they didn't pressure me into a car I couldn't afford (it was on the high-end of my price range, but that's cause of all the features I wanted). You can tell that Konner Chevrolet is much more than a "make money" dealership--they are all about keeping lifetime customers and backing their promises in hopes you come back for your next car, and I definitely will! I guess that's what makes them special, being more of a family dealership. Also, their service department staff are great, and I plan on getting all of my service done there... I purchased a Malibu Maxx 05 Certified from Konner Chevrolet and had a great experience! Jarett walked me through all of the features of the decked out LTZ, and he knew every knob and compartment.
