His communication is ON POINT I couldn’t have asked for more. Sad to say i be getting ANNOYED with the amount of information he be laying out on me i just sit there like “fix my car bro I don’t care” when in reality i do because i should know what’s going on with what I’m driving lol. As for JOHN BROCK, amazing man. On point with everything even communicates with my third party warranty company FOR me and even with the new warranty rules they have in place they STILL worked with me to resolve the issue and its just amazing. I do not want to leave out GABRIELA in the service department i hope i am spelling her name properly because she’s also been very supportive even though mr.Brock has been tending to me. I can’t stress enough how much attention they put into the vehicle after i drop it off. I must explain After bringing my vehicle to places such as open road Chevrolet i almost lost hope for big service dealerships because the service over there in union was just trash. Made me almost sell my 2016 Corvette because there’s no way it should spend a week in the shop for an oil change! John Brock has it done in about an hour. That on top of any check engine issue done right on the estimated time and most of the time sooner. There’s many more and ill be leaving more reviews as i go on because this service department is a hidden freakin GEM. Also the receptionist at the front desk, i do not know her name but a very beautiful young lady, always respectful with blonde hair i wish i had her name to give proper recognition for she always gave me a warm welcome and exit. I never feel bad about paying for my invoice when its from her and for that i salute Paul Millie Chevrolet in west caldwell !! More

Disorganized, Unpleasant Experience Money isn't always the main issue, but principle is. The Service Department was great in repairing the peeling paint off the brand new corvette I leased a month prior. ( disappointing at best, however, not the dealers fault) Upon picking my vehicle up ( which I purchased as an out of state buyer) , I was told my plates finally came in 37 days later after delivery of the vehicle. My temp tag had expired by now. However, my vehicle would not be released to me unless I paid an extra sum of money due to the dealer underestimating my DMV fees. Which after adding the Random fees they throw in regarding tax and title, totaled to almost almost 1k. In addition to the $24xx I would be paying over the term of the lease. That kind of business practice is unexceptable. The fact that they waited for me to contact them regarding my plates vs telling me upfront was wrong. But now they had my vehicle too. This is a horrible way to do business. I wonder if I decided that the payment we agreed on was underestimated on my end, I'd like to pay a little less every month, would they agree to it after the fact? Highly doubt it. In addition, the numbers agreed on when purchasing the vehicle, ( in writing mind you, were not originally honored, but later on they were after some negotiating, even still, this isn't what I was expecting from the Miller brand of dealerships.) I have purchased from their mercedes dealer, Audi, and never had these issues ) My goal here is to share my experience. These are all facts. I only hope they realize their mistake. It's getting tougher to find an honorable, reputable dealership. Good luck to anyone who is purchasing, educate yourself before stepping in. More

I understand financing and leasing so I am confident that I got a good deal, I know they got a good deal as well on my trade. I hope they continue to be honorable and do good things, I will most likely return for future business. More
