Best service manager - Robert is one of the best in the business. He is a professional, highly collaborative and personalizes the service to the highest standard. I have now worked with him on 6 services a business. He is a professional, highly collaborative and personalizes the service to the highest standard. I have now worked with him on 6 services and my last service this weekend was by far the exceptional experience. I was desperate and showed up without appointment. Despite how busy he was, he engaged with me professionally and found the best solution to accommodate me. I know, the service cost is slightly higher at BMW vs a local mechanic but you can trust the quality and the experience. 5 Stars Bob! More
Two months after buying a certified preowned car, I was told I needed new brakes. Not one person in management responded to my concerns. Unethical and unprofessional. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and my salesman, Peter. I purchased an off brand used car, and you would have thought I purchased the most expensive BMW on the lot. Honest, forthcoming, my salesman, Peter. I purchased an off brand used car, and you would have thought I purchased the most expensive BMW on the lot. Honest, forthcoming, considerate - Peter and the team generated my complete confidence in the entire experience. I’ve purchased enough cars in my life to recognize integrity and that is exactly what I found in all my dealing with Paul Miller - BMW. Highly recommend! More
Just left the dealer after walking around for 10 minutes and sitting in several cars shopping for my wife and I, and not once beyond the greeting desk was I offered assistance nor did anyone say hi or make and sitting in several cars shopping for my wife and I, and not once beyond the greeting desk was I offered assistance nor did anyone say hi or make eye contact with me until I stopped a sales person and asked for assistance. He then directed me to the front desk to ask for assistance. Salesmen seemed too busy talking to eachother or on their phones texting to speak with me or even give a simple "I or someone will be right with you in a few minutes" or "let me grab someone for you". Maybe if I wore a suit or was older someone would've greeted me or offered assistance, not sure. More

After having what I thought was such a terrific car buying experience, I now have to pay the remaining three lease payments on my Mini Cooper. One of the reasons I went to BMW was because they were the buying experience, I now have to pay the remaining three lease payments on my Mini Cooper. One of the reasons I went to BMW was because they were the only ones who could buy out the lease. It was the first question I asked when I sat down with Jay and he said sure no problem. I kept getting notices from Mini that the balance is due and I kept being told we’ll look into it. I finally spoke to a manager today who said it was never in writing that they would finish the lease payments. I told them if I knew you wouldn’t finish off the lease payments I would have waited until July to buy a new car when my lease was up. The manager said it was “miscommunication” and he apologized. The apology for lying to me is not going to pay the remaining lease payments. Be careful and make sure everything is in writing so there are no “miscommunications” that will cost you over $1,000 while paying for your new car at the same time. More
