I dropped my 2015 GMC pick up truck there on August 1 for oil change, a recall on my side airbags and have them do a software update for my radio that I was having issues with. Also asked them to look at my oil change, a recall on my side airbags and have them do a software update for my radio that I was having issues with. Also asked them to look at my radiator system as I was having an issue with some overheating and fluid leaking. Upon picking the truck up I was told I needed a new radiator ( $1656 ) and also my oil cooling lines ( $ 412 ), going into the radiator, we're starting to leak and should be replaced. There were also other fluid changes that they recommended doing at this time. I thought this seemed quite high and I wanted to check around so I told him I would get back to them. After talking to a couple of mechanics one of them finally took the time to pull things apart and found that I had a cracked overflow tank and that the radiator and oil cooling lines were fine. My cost for the repair was $279. I'm sorry but I just cannot trust these people anymore to go back there and have work done. I was going to call the dealer and speak to someone above the service department but from other reviews I read it sounded like those people did not want to listen to anything anyone had to say. More

As others have written, sorry I couldn't give service a 0. Over priced and the problem you bring your vehicle in for is nor resolved. They will also do work you didn't request or ask you about. 0. Too bad you cannot rate 0.0. The service department should be called “sorry we could not reproduce“ department or “I need customer relations classes” department. I’ve brought my truck in at least five should be called “sorry we could not reproduce“ department or “I need customer relations classes” department. I’ve brought my truck in at least five times for the same trailer brake issue (I’ve never even towed). Only after have GMC escalate the issue did they “fix it.” Well kinda fixed it. I was told that it I pulled a wire when I removed my dashboard. Funny thing is I never did. Now the same problem is back after their master technicians solved the problem and they want me to wait 10-12 days for an appointment? So done with them. They are super helpful when you are dropping 70 thousand dollars but after that they literally do not give two ducks. Anything involving warranty work they ignore because of the lower hourly rate. More

As a business woman, I knew I could handle the sale, but I have been treated like the "little missus" at other dealerships. There was no even a hint of this attitude at Paul Massey South. Bob Masse has ignored my calls and refused to refund my money. I am not satisfied. It is noted in internet forums that GM has these issues with Sierra/Silverado and other vehicles that have not been addressed. Google it. More
My Visit Sept 1, 2015 I spent 4 hours waiting to have two tires replaced and my tires balanced! I was told innumerable times that they were almost done and were washing and vacuuming the car. Each 10 minute delay stretched to an hour. Finally one of the reps said (after a 3 hour wait) that they were having trouble with the washing device. They could have skipped the wash and let me leave. The rep also said the tires were about $90 to $100. He wasn't sure. They charged me over $300.I think he should have informed me of the price before installing the tires. I also asked they to recharge my remote ($30). He did not charge me because of a long wait.Thank you. The staff is extremely polite and the lounge is comfortable and well stocked with treats and drinks. I just feel a 4 hour wait was way over board and that they should have been honest about why it was so long of a wait. More
