There is not great communicating with the service department to the customers. Bought the car back in July. Showed them the scratches on the car and they had said that it would be detailed prior to me picking it up. It never was. Also 2 days into the car, check engine light came on. Went to bring the car in for both of those reasons and they had me waiting for over two hours for a rental car, not even one of their cars. Had me go to an auto body shop for the “rental”….. had my car for 10 days. I had to contact them to see what was happening. They said the part they need won’t be in for another 12 days. Had to take my car back, bring it back in when the part came and they still didn’t fix the scratches on the car. Terrible service. They do not go above and beyond to help you. More

I am so unhappy. I brought the car in for service on September 9th. They had it for 11 days. Upon brining it in, I explained that Google Assistant was not working and I brought the car in for service on September 9th. They had it for 11 days. Upon brining it in, I explained that Google Assistant was not working and for the most part hadn't since I took possession. I originally made this dealer appointment through OnStar a month before. I had been going back and forth for hours with OnStar over the months prior with this issue and some others. OnStar would escalate, then no response, then after several of these cycles, I was finally being told the dealer must handle it. The dealer fixed four recall issues (The app says one remains unresolved???) BUT nothing was done about this issue. I don't know if the dealer even looked at the history... but they gave me back a nicely washed car (though low on washer fluid) and sent me on my way. I really don't think this is John Cusumano's issue... he has always been helpful... I think that they must be understaffed and overwhelmed. I have been a Cadillac owner (sometimes 2 vehicles at a time) for more than 20 years (excepting one three year period). I have never been disregarded so consistently... and it wasn't just the dealer.I may have to consider a German car next time... you pay more... but I am told the service is night and day. More
