Mr. Nadav, after previously speaking with you and revisiting your facility on more than one occasion it gets extremely frustrating and stressful. As a woman dealing with a mechanic center, I feel I was being taken advantage of in many ways. This situation with the going back and forth has had a major impact on my health, on my business and I have done my best to work with you to resolve this unresolved matter. Between losing days from work trying to resolve this issue and the screw ups from this service center I became ill and advised to not even speak with you until I alleviate some of this stress. I had to park the jeep up. So if I didn't return your 1 email and 1 phone call this is the reason why. What is there to say at this point. Bring it back and leave it there to get checked out? Not happening. I incurred so much expenses not being able to use my jeep not to mention spending over $6,000 at your service center. Every time it goes to your shop something goes wrong and the issue gets worse. I did you a favor by not calling because I would have had no filter and I did not want it to come to that since I do not personally have any issues with you. I expect you to agree that you would prefer to speak to me when I am calm. You want to speak let's speak, but all I will say is that I will never let this service center touch my jeep again but I do want you to personally drive my jeep to see the banged up job your workers did. Then you will understand my reactions and need to proceed accordingly. This entire situation has been documented and witnessed by many. This service center is deceitful, untrustworthy and unreliable. It wasn't always this way and it seems personal. I am just so sick with all of this. Responding to you right now is causing me vertigo and blurred vision so I am going to wrap this up. This is really sad because when it comes to my business I do not go cheap. If I spend top dollar at your service center I expect expert service and not some amateur work. In a way I am glad this happened because when I get my upgrade I will NOT be going back to Cadillac.
