Christine was a lifesaver to me. I was unsure of my extended policy that I obtained from Paul Conte Cadillac. She informed me that I was entitled to a loaner car. I gave this dealership two stars because all I needed done was to have a front plate, put on my car and an inspection for a brand new vehicle. I shouldn’t have been there for more than 20 minutes. I sat there for two hours and counting if I had not complained, I probably would’ve been there for another hour at least. I thought that was very unprofessional. Especially that I called to see if I need an appointment and he said no just bring it in. My first impression was not a very good one. More
