I brought my ct6 in for an oil change and they did not tighten the plug under the car all the way. I have been unknowingly losing oil this whole time. I went out of my way to get maintenance done here bec tighten the plug under the car all the way. I have been unknowingly losing oil this whole time. I was blind sighted by the fact that a dealership would tell me it took them 4 hours to fix a headlight. I guess Gm has a "special procedure" but I've gotten the bulb changed before and it took the other g tell me it took them 4 hours to fix a headlight. I guess Gm has a "special procedure" but I've gotten the bulb changed before and it took the other guy an hour. You can watch YouTube videos where they do it in 5 minutes. Maybe you guys can make a YouTube video on how it takes like 4 hours. And I also watched the video on how tot are the bumper off. It wasn't 4 hours. Now I know dealerships take their time with this but it put a bad taste in my mouth that they didn't tell me before fixing the headlight. I didn't mind paying a couple hundred but almost $700 is insane. More

I have ordered all my Cadillacs from them and never had any issues! I ordered this vehicle sight unseen over the phone, they said I would have it in apx. 3 weeks and I did. My sales manager Sam Manning took care of all the paperwork, explained every facet of the vehicle to us and followed up with several phone calls to make sure that we were happy with our choice and to see if we had any questions.
