Danny has and still accommodates my every need without any hesitation. He never questions my concerns, infact Danny takes the time, and has the patients to listen to, and understand me. He followeds up if there's a delay for any reason. Usually no delays though. All my experiences weather it's sales, service, or employees of Paul Conte have been like a family atmosphere. I would also like to mention, Christine, and John, both in the service dept. I also have communicated with them, and it's identical to dealing with Danny. I do not know everyone by name, but I can say, everyone in the building talks to me as if they know me for years. I can go on, but I believe my point has been made, If you're shopping for a vehicle, go to Paul Conte Cadillac first, and save yourself the aggravation of driving to different dealerships. After paying for my service I was told my car was outside. I waited over 20 minutes outside before someone asked me if I was “picking up”. I even asked Ryan again where my car was after a time and h outside. I waited over 20 minutes outside before someone asked me if I was “picking up”. I even asked Ryan again where my car was after a time and he said it was being washed. The person who asked me if I was picking up went and got my car and took it to be washed. In the meantime I was standing waiting behind a car I believed was parked when suddenly it backed into me. It actually made contact with me but I was able to move out of the way. This was not a good experience. More
