My experience was nothing but extremely satisfying. Even still he took my phone call and set me up with the proper personnel and communication to get myself not only towed but also a loaner car. Upon my arrival at the dealership a woman named Christine Rudden offered to stay late until I had gotten there to make sure I was set up with a loaner vehicle so as to avoid me being without a car until the repairs were completed. Several days later I was contacted by a gentleman named Danny Giannini from the service department. He too was immensely helpful throughout the entire process. All three of these Paul Conte Cadillac employees should be recognized for doing an outstanding job.
