When my lease was up on my Escalade, I debated whether I wanted to keep it or go with a completely new vehicle outside of the Cadillac family. A large part of my decision to buy over my vehicle was in conne wanted to keep it or go with a completely new vehicle outside of the Cadillac family. A large part of my decision to buy over my vehicle was in connection to stay in the Paul Conte family. I have had two issues with my vehicle that were flawlessly resolved by Ryan, who always remains calm and keeps the customer in the loop. Going nearly 6 years strong with this dealership and service department, I will always highly recommend them! More

Slow. 2-3 hours for an oil change is unacceptable . This is my 2nd car from Paul conte and sad to see nothing has changed.
